About Hello Western Cape
Where it all started
The first print directories were published in 2001 (Greyton) and 2003 (Franschhoek). From the beginning the purpose of the books has been to supply reliable, up-to-date information to the towns that the books are distributed in. The books are much loved and trusted with each annual edition being something to look forward to.
The development over time
In 2015 the websites were launched and four more books were added to the collection: Elgin, Caledon, Cape Agulhas, Villiersdorp. The same trusted information from the print books was brought online, bringing many businesses into the digital realm for the first time.
Looking to the future
Now in 2022 the websites have been consolodated into one website. This has given the content a great advantage on search engines and made it easier for users of the website to find what they are looking for wherever it may be. To this day, our number one priority of presenting current and useful information is behind everything we do.
