Van Wyk Van Heerden has its origins in Paarl during 1930 when Solomon Miller opened an office in Paarl. He was joined by Hymie Maisel in 1952 and Consultant, Anville van Wyk, joined the firm in 1977.

The firm was incorporated in 1995 with the first Directors being Anville van Wyk and Piet Fouchee. The current young and dynamic team of Directors consist of Nazlee Abrahams, Willem van Heerden, Charl Ackermann and Carla Geldenhuys.

Today, Van Wyk Van Heerden prides itself in being a boutique attorneys’ firm, providing professional services to its diverse and growing client base, all over the world, with over 40 staff members serving our clients through offices in Paarl, Wellington and Knysna, as well as through our association with Underwoods Solicitors in the UK.
